We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The recently renovated rooms were clean and well-equipped with high quality towels. The hotel's location next to the cathedral and main square was perfect and made it easy to explore this city with a short walk. We were able to enjoy the open courtyard and the comfortable beds provided us with a great night's sleep. The staff were accommodating, especially Rosalba, who made sure that our trip was enjoyable and went above and beyond to help us. We loved the proximity to the rafting and Parque Gallineral which made it easy to explore the city.

The hotel's location right next to a beautiful cathedral is definitely its biggest draw. Even though the church bells go off every hour, it didn't interrupt our sleep and added to the charming atmosphere. the staff, especially Rosalba, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. the room was nicely decorated and the bed and towels were of high quality. the hotel's open courtyard is a nice feature.

The hotel could have benefitted from having air conditioning in the room, especially during hotter months.

The location of Hotel Boutique El Campanario was perfect, right next to the main cathedral. We loved being able to walk to all the attractions in the area. The recently renovated hotel had a beautiful decor, and the room was comfortable with high-quality towels. Despite the occasional church bell ringing, we were so tired from our day's adventures that it didn't bother us at all. We appreciated the attention to detail in the room and the accommodating staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in San Gil.

The staff, especially Rosalba, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Her attentive service really made a difference, particularly when one of us fell ill. She was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to get better. The room decor was stylish and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The high-quality towels were a nice touch, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the hotel.

We had a great time spending our Christmas holidays at a charming hotel. the beautiful decor of the rooms caught our eye immediately, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept soundly throughout our stay. the towels offered by the hotel were very high quality, which made us feel pampered. We loved the quiet location of the hotel, which was situated near key hotspots such as rafting, the park, and the bus station. the hotel was truly an oasis of peace and tranquility amidst the bustling city.

Another negative aspect was that the breakfast was not included in the price, which was unfortunate.

The location was unbeatable! Just a short stroll from the main square and right across from a stunning church. The decor in the rooms was trendy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The best part, though, was the warm and helpful staff. One of them, luckily, spoke excellent English and helped us with our travel plans. The towels were plush and of high quality, which made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of being walking distance to the rafting and park locations.

Although we enjoyed the character of our accommodation, it’s worth noting that the bells of the church across the street rang every hour, day and night. If you're a light sleeper, it may disturb your rest.
